If you find yourself in a situation where you need to turn on all the equipment to prepare for filming, this guide if for you.

  1. Turn on the MAIN POWER SWITCH in our Production room. This switch is located next to the electrical panel in the Production Room.
    1. Turns on electrical outlets where all cameras plug in.
    2. Turns on TVs, switcher board and all needed equipment at the production desk
  2. Walk to every camera and check the following:
    1. Power strip is on
    2. Turn on the Camera
    3. Turn on External Blackmagic Display
      1. Cam 4 (front crane) Display
      2. Cam 5 (rear crane) Display
    4. Turn on Tally light
    5. Turn on Communication Radios
    6. Make sure you can see the image on screen
  3. Turn on Front Crane
  4. Turn on Rear Crane
  5. Walk over to the stage and turn on Hollyland Wireless Receivers for cameras 6 (rig) and 7 (glide cam, if needed that day)
  6. Back in the studio
    1. Check main TV for signal from each camera
    2. Panasonic Iris Controllers
      1. Make sure every IRIS controller is on
      2. If “auto” light is on, press it to turn off for each camera. We control IRIS manually.
  7. Make sure have CG2 (projector) selected for Program feed
  8. At this stage you can start to Setup Live Stream
